Right of withdrawal
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction in purchasing our products. For this reason, if for some reason what you have purchased does not meet your requirements, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. You can exercise this right without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you received the goods.
How to do?
Contact our customer care at the e-mail address [email protected] by entering the following data in the email:
- name and surname
- order number and date
- RETURN FORM completed in its entirety (compliant with the standard form pursuant to art.49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code).
The products to be returned must be delivered within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of authorization made.
The products can be returned to our logistics center in Milan personally or by courier, we will provide you with the address once the return has been authorized.
Returns from online purchases can be delivered to the Salina Store in v.le Abruzzi 51 - 20131 - Milan. Before going to the store, make sure you have followed the return procedure.
1. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
a) he RETURN FORM must be correctly filled in and sent to Salina Milan within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the products.
b) the products must not have been used and / or washed;
c) any tag accompanying the product as well as the instruction booklet where present must still be attached or accompanied to the product itself as they are an integral part of the asset;
d) the products must be returned in their original packaging / packaging (the packaging must be sealed as in origin; if you want to return a kit, you must return all the items that compose it);
e) returned products must be delivered to the carrier within 14 (fourteen) days from when you reported to Salina Milan your return request.
f) the products must not be damaged;
If you have complied with all the required conditions, Salina Milano will refund you in full the price of the products purchased, you are solely responsible for the costs of the return, i.e. those for returning the purchased products to Salina Milano, unless Salina Milano has expressly exempted you from such expenses. Furthermore, the responsibility in case of loss or damage of the products during transport, which is due to your negligent choice of the carrier and / or of the shipping methods, remains at your expense.
You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions indicated above in letters a), e) and f) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, Salina Milano reserves the right to withhold the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products.
You will also be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions indicated above in letters b), c) and d) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose whether to accept the reduction of the refund, which will be communicated to you, due to the decrease in value of the returned products, or whether to have the purchased products back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, Salina Milano reserves the right to withhold the products and the amount indicated for the reduction of the refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.
2. Refund times and methods
After that Salina Milan will have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return, or, if there is a decrease in the value of the returned products, you will receive an e-mail in which you will be informed of the amount deducted by way of deduction of the refund.
Whatever payment method you use (credit / debit card, bank transfer, PayPal), the refund is activated by Salina Milan as soon as possible, and in any case within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the products, once it has been verified that the withdrawal has taken place in compliance with the above conditions.
The actual time for crediting or returning the sums you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
• purchase by credit / debit card: the time required to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card.
• purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be visible according to the PayPal timing. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
• payment by bank transfer: the refund takes place on the current account indicated by you, therefore the refund time depends on the correctness of the data you enter; normally the re-credit takes place within 10 (ten) days.
In the case of a gift, the reimbursement of the sums will be made to the person who made the payment.
3. Product label and instruction booklet
All products offered for sale by Salina Milano come with a tag and / or instruction booklet, which are an integral part of the property. We invite you to view and try the product without removing the tag and the relative instruction booklet.
4. Consumer Code
These Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, which are an integral part of the General Conditions of Sale, are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code in Chapter I “Consumer rights in contracts”.
Shipping times and costs
1. Shipping and Delivery, frequently asked questions:
We ship throughout Italy. Delivery times may vary from the usual 72 hours up to a maximum of 5 working days for products indicated as "available".
If the product is "available to order" the times may vary from 20 to 30 working days, unless otherwise communicated.
If in the same order there are several products with different availability, the shipment will take place when the purchased products are all ready to be shipped.
Shipments are guaranteed from Monday to Friday, except holidays, from 9.00 to 18.00, by express courier Poste Italiane / SDA, BRT, DHL or our internal agents (only in Milan city).
In some periods, such as those before Christmas and Black Friday, it is possible that shipments are slightly delayed due to the increase in work.
Salina Milan ships all over the world! If you wish to have an order delivered within one of the EU or non-EU countries, we will send you an estimate of the cost and transport times directly via email.
2. Shipping cost:
FREE for Milan city: no transport contribution is required if the purchase exceeds € 49,00 and the delivery takes place in Milan city * or if you choose to collect personally at the Salina Store (V.le Abruzzi, 51 20131 Milan) or our operational headquarters (Salina Milan Via Rosso Di San Secondo, 1 20132 Milan).
For orders of less than € 49,00 with delivery to Milan city, a contribution of € 3,90 is required.
Shipping costs have a fixed cost of € 7,90 throughout Italy.

We ship worldwide only on quotation. Once your order has been sent, you will be contacted via email to find out the amount of your delivery. Your order will only be processed after you have accepted and paid the shipping fee.
Taxes and Duties for Shipments to Extra-European Countries
All shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes which must be paid to the local customs authorities. Salina Milano will not be responsible for any duties and taxes to be paid to the customs authorities of the destination country. The possible taxation and the amount of the duty depend on the value of the order and the country of delivery. We recommend that you contact the customs authorities of the destination country for further information. All customs costs will be borne by the customer.

Dear user, we have created this section to clarify the use of promotional codes in our eShop.
Whatever promotional code you want to use it is not applicable on products already discounted, on sale or belonging to the OUTLET category since you are already taking advantage of a promotion 🙂

Birth List Regulations
Create a birth list on Salina Milan it's a free service and does not require the payment of any amount.
Each birth list created is valid for six months from its creation, after which it will be deactivated. However, if you wish, you can extend the expiration of a list by letting us know.
Adding a product to your birth list does not bind you to any purchase nor, likewise, you guarantees no certainty about the availability of a product. You will only receive each product if someone buys it for you.
Choose carefully the products on your list to make sure you only get what you really want; from the moment someone buys you a gift in fact, the purchase will be regulated by Terms and Conditions expected for sales on this e-commerce site.
If you want to separate some products because you already know you will buy them, do not add them to the birth list, but contact us at [email protected] telling us which products you want to be put aside.
We will place your order and ask you for a deposit equal to 20% of the value of that / those products and we will guarantee their availability.
You will be able to pay your order upon arrival of the products at our warehouses, even using the Gift Cards, if they have been given to you from your birth list.
We hardly run out of an item and, in the event that it is not available at the time of its purchase, we will be able to order it or offer you a valid alternative.
For each product purchased on the list, we will credit you with 5% of its value on yours BabyCard. Remember that the BabyCard credit can be used to purchase all the products in our eShop, except of those belonging to the categories WALKING (excluding the "Baby Carriers and Swaddling" category), CAR SAFETY, PROMO, OUTLET, GIFT CARD and on products already discounted or in promotion.
ATTENTION: It is not possible to earn BabyCard points if, by purchasing, you use other discount codes, Gift Cards, promotions, discounts, BabyCard points.

Digital Gift Card Regulations
The Gift Card purchased online is a voucher issued exclusively in electronic format, is delivered via email to the recipient address entered at the time of purchase.
The Gift Card Digital has a duration of 2 years from the day of purchase.
It can be used for multiple purchases over time until the credit runs out.
It can be used for a purchase with a value greater than its credit by integrating the difference by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Presenting it in all Salina stores (except for the Baby Outlet) it can be used for in-store purchases.
The purchase of a Digital Gift Card does not generate Baby Card points.
Using a Digital Gift Card for purchase, it is not possible to redeem Baby Card points.
It cannot be converted into cash or other credit under any circumstances.
