Birth List FAQ

To purchase from a birth list you must be registered and in possession of the link of the list and its identification code (visible in the list itself).

Once you have opened the list page, just click on the shopping cart icon next to the chosen product and continue the purchase by concluding the payment.

Or, if you already know which product you want to give as a gift, you can add it directly to the cart without going through the ed list enter the list code in the space provided. This option is valid only for products on the birth list.

Only in this way will your order be linked to the birth list.

ATTENTION: the shipping settings already present in the cart should never be touched, each purchase from the birth list will in fact be delivered to the owner of the list in the way he or she has chosen and you will not have to bear any transport costs.

Creating your birth list is very simple, just log in to your account and click here.

Enter the title of your list, your details, choose the delivery / collection method and enter the message you want to write to your friends and relatives and click on send!

After a few seconds your birth list page will appear, remember to copy the link and the code to share.

To add a product to your list click on "Add products" from your list page, or simply browse our site, choose the product you want, open it as if you were going to buy it and instead of clicking add to cart, select the option ADD TO BIRTH LIST. If you have created more than one, select the one in which you want to insert the product.

You can check the status of the products purchased at any time by consulting your list: 

• Purchasable, is the status of the products available for purchase.
• Gifted, it means someone bought it for you.
• Booked up, it means that someone has ordered it but not yet paid.

ATTENTION: to have the status of the products automatically update it is very important that your friends buy directly from your birth list. Always remember to provide the unique code of your list which must appear in the cart.

You will receive an automatic email notification telling you which product was given to you and by whom.

Go to page Birth Listclick your Manage your Birth Lists, select the list you want to share, copy the link in the address bar and send it to whoever you want as you like.

You can constantly check and update your birth list by logging in to the site.

Go to page Birth Listclick your Manage your Birth Lists, select the list you wish to consult.

Products already given away or reserved cannot be removed from the list.

It is not possible, once a product has been purchased it will no longer be available for a subsequent purchase.

We recommend that you always check that the quantity is correct for each selected product.

If multiple users try to make the same purchase at the same time, the order will be successful only for the fastest user.

No, your friends and relatives will not have to bear any shipping costs, nor will they have to select any option when purchasing.

When the unique code of your birth list is entered in the cart, it is not possible to add products not included in the list, nor delivery / collection options other than those you have chosen.

If you think someone doesn't know what to give you, it can be very useful insert some Gift Cards in the list, you will have 2 years to use them!

Click on the Gift Card item in our menu without filling in any data, just choose the desired amount and quantity e click the action “Add to Birth List”.

Those who give it to you will be able to customize the text fields by also inserting a personalized message!

Our advice is to always add more than one 😉

Usually delivery or collection of gifts from a birth list are provided free of charge in a single solution, with the exception of deliveries requested outside Italy for which a quote will be processed based on the destination and the weight and dimensions of the package.

However, if you have chosen to collect your gifts yourself, you can agree with our logistics to collect in several times by writing to [email protected].

Remember to not never go to the store or warehouse to collect without having received our confirmation. 

If, on the other hand, the shipment happens means courier and you want to receive more deliveries, you will be asked for a fee after the first shipment.

If you want to separate some products because you already know you will buy them, create a Priority List instead of a Free List.

You can report the "PRIORITY'”On these items, and only on these, the system will ask you to immediately pay a 10% deposit; priority items will be immediately sorted or sorted just for you and will then be subject to settlement and withdrawal obligation upon expiry of your list.

As long as you don't share your list with anyone, only you can see it.

Alternatively, to create a list of favorite products, you can simply create one Wishlist that only you will see in your account.

The arrangement of the products within it is established on the basis of the automatic order of the system. Once posted, it is not possible to change or display the products included in your list in a different way.

You will find them in the package, along with the gift.

Choose carefully the products on your list to make sure you only get what you really want; from the moment someone buys you a gift in fact, the purchase will be regulated by Terms and Conditions which regulate sales on this e-commerce site.
