Orders and shipments

Delivery times may vary from the usual 48 hours up to a maximum of 5 working days for products indicated as "available".

If the product is "available to order" the times may vary from 20 to 30 working days, unless otherwise communicated.

If there are several products with different availability in the same order, the shipment will take place when the purchased products are all ready to be shipped.

Shipping costs € 7,90 throughout Italy (€ 14,90 to the Islands).

Free for Milan City for orders over € 49,00; for lower amounts a cost contribution of € 3,90.

Once your order has been sent, you will be contacted via email to find out the amount of your delivery. Your order will only be processed after you have accepted and paid the shipping fee.

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Add to cart everything you would like to give as a gift.
  2. Click on the cart, check the products you have chosen and then click on "Proceed with the order"
  3. Under "Is your order a gift?" you will find a free field where you can enter your Gift Message, write here the wishes to those you love.
  4. Fill in the section "Billing information"And in the section"Shipping data”Enter those of the person to whom you want to have the gift delivered.
  5. Proceed normally to complete the order. The order confirmation, processing and shipping emails will be sent to you.

If your gift is to be sent abroad, we will send you an estimate of the cost and transport times directly via email (see section on shipping abroad).

If you need to return an item purchased online

Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction in purchasing our products. For this reason, if for some reason what you have purchased online does not meet your requirements, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. You can exercise this right without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you received the goods.

Email us at [email protected] indicating your order number and attaching one or more photos of the product you received with the visible label. We will replace the wrong product as soon as possible.

If you notice that the package you are collecting is damaged, sign the withdrawal "WITH RESERVE". Email us immediately at [email protected] indicating your order number and attaching one or more photos of the package and the damaged product. We will open a case to best assist you.
