Lansinoh Organic Birth Preparation Oil nourishes and softens the skin of the perineum, facilitating perineal massage which is proven to help prevent tearing during childbirth.
It is designed to be used to massage the perineum starting from the 34th week of pregnancy. Prenatal perineal massage reduces the likelihood of perineal trauma and perineal pain.

How to use:
