CA-MI T-Plus Infrared Thermometer no Touch is a certified medical device that allows you to accurately and safely measure the body temperature of adults and children. The high level of security is guaranteed by modern infrared reception technology. It can also be used to measure surface temperatures.
The temperature is taken instantly by placing the thermometer on the surface of the forehead. It is automatically detected without pressing any buttons.
Acoustic and visual signal in case of high fever: triple backlighting and 3 different buzzers to indicate different temperatures.
Body temperature measurement:
1. Press the power button to activate the product and begin forehead temperature measurement.
2. Point the sensor at the center of the forehead at a distance less than or equal to 3 cm.
3. Press the button to take instant measurement.
If the distance is greater than 3 cm, the product does not measure the temperature and a flashing error message appears on the screen asking you to (progressively) move the thermometer closer. Then bring the thermometer to the right distance and the measurement will be completed.
Once the measurement is completed, a warning tone sounds and the measurement result appears on the screen.
Continuous measurements cannot be taken at intervals of less than 5 seconds.
Surface temperature measurement:
In ON mode/ When the product is turned on, press the power button for 3 seconds: the thermometer will enter object temperature mode and the “mod. object temperature”. In this mode it is possible to measure the temperature of the environment or objects. To maintain measurement accuracy, do not use the product for frontal measurements in this mode.
Regardless of the mode the device is in before it is turned off, the default setting when it is turned back on is always the front one.
