Why is the Joolz platform no longer compatible with my Joolz Hub?
Since December 2020, Joolz has announced that it is no longer recommended to use with Hub model strollers. The stroller may become unbalanced when a child is standing on the footplate and there is no weight in the stroller. Therefore, we do not recommend using the Joolz treadmill with a Joolz Hub or Joolz Hub +.

I have a Joolz Hub with platform, is it still safe to use it?
We understand your concern and therefore recommend that you contact Joolz directly to request a refund for your Joolz treadmill.

Is the Joolz platform compatible with my Joolz Day or Joolz Geo?
The Joolz platform is still compatible with Joolz Day & Joolz Geo models because it passes all official tests. In any case, we always recommend using the Joolz platform under the supervision of an adult.

Can I use the Joolz platform on my Joolz Aer?
Unfortunately, the Joolz platform is not compatible with the Joolz Aer.
